The <br /> Streetscape Master Plan <br /> ® Sunny Isles Beach, Floridafourteen week process included data collection inventory, site <br /> • analysis. design of typical street plans and sections, development <br /> • Client: City of Sunny Isles Beach of streetscape guidelines,street furniture selections and schematic <br /> • Completion: 2000 streetscape plans for Collins Avenue/A1 A. <br /> • B&A studied the other major streets and residential areas within <br /> • the City including Sunny Isles Boulevard, Golden Shores, North Boy <br /> • Road, and Atlantic Isle. The primary goals addressed in this study <br /> • were safety, accessibility and beautification.
