The <br /> community plan featured a main boulevard culminating in a circle and park at the community's <br /> • lake.Neighborhoods are organized on each side of the main boulevard around a community park. <br /> • and each has its own smaller park. <br /> • <br /> Quartier de Port Plan,Nice,France - A market study and master plans for one of the Mediterranean's <br /> • leading cruise and ferry ports. Comprehensive waterside, terminal and upland improvements. A <br /> • market analysis for the region included market potential for maritime passenger traffic and cargo <br /> • growth between French mainland ports and Corsica. <br /> e Key West Naval Base Reuse, Key West, Florida - Project planner for master planning of two of the <br /> affected properties in the Naval Base Reuse project, focusing on master planning and designing <br /> • to fit the urban context.
