Florida. Elements included researching over 30 years of historical con- <br /> tamination. regulatory agency reviews and physical site assessment. Quarterly <br /> monitoring activities included sampling groundwater monitoring wells for the <br /> purpose of tracking a chlorinated solvent plume and documenting the affects of <br /> intrusive remediation products. <br /> Task Manager; NPDES Sampling, First Coast Energy—Completed ground- <br /> water monitoring activities at multiple gas stations in accordance with NPDES <br /> and State of Florida regulations. Elements included the sampling of effluent wa- <br /> ter from an air sparge and carbon filtering system prior and during discharge into <br /> a navigable waterway. <br /> Task Manager; Limited Scope Remediation Action Plan (LSRAP), Ryder <br /> Trucking—Contributed to the writing of the LSRAP of a Ryder facility in <br /> Lakeland. Florida. Implemented the LSPRAP. which involved the sampling of <br /> groundwater monitoring wells and the installation of oxygen-releasing com- <br /> pounds into a source well. Prepared a LSRAP startup report upon completion of <br /> field activities. <br /> Task Manager; Spill Bucket Closures, RaceTrac Sites—Oversaw the remov- <br /> al and replacement of spill buckets at multiple stations in Miami-Dade, Broward. <br /> and Palm Beach Counties including real-time assessment with the use of an <br /> OVA/FID. Oversaw the drilling and installation of groundwater monitoring <br /> wells to evaluate onsite contaminant plumes. Tasks included sampling ground- <br /> water monitoring wells and soil borings associated with a known discharge. <br /> Complete spill bucket report. <br /> Q Task Manager; Moisture Report, Rodriquez Residence—Collected relative <br /> moisture readings at the Broward County residence from interior walls to ensure <br /> the absence of mold supporting conditions within newly replaced walls. Con- <br /> tributed to text and figures of the report. <br /> Project Manager; Risk Assessments, Kiewit Southern—Performed visual in- <br /> spection and real-time soil screening of properties to be leased by the client in <br /> Q Miami-Dade County.
