Perez). is a <br /> 0 MSCE FIU Graduate with a Civil Engineering Degree from <br /> the Military University Nueva Granada of Bogota, Colombia, <br /> Keffler joined C.H. Perez in 2005 and currently has <br /> I experience in traffic and transportation engineering. Keffler <br /> has been involved in the preparation of many traffic safety <br /> and impact studies, and projects for the FDOT Traffic <br /> O Operation Office. He has over for 5 years of experience in <br /> the coordination and training of technicians for traffic data <br /> collection. He also has been involved in several railroad <br /> I projects for the FDOT Public transportation office and the <br /> evaluation and resolution to Citizens and Officials <br /> complaints regarding ADA Compliance along the State <br /> Highway System. <br /> Lorin R. C. Brissett, P.E., Project Engineer (C.H. Perez). Ms. <br /> Brissett is BSCE graduate from the City College of New York <br /> with an MSCE post-graduate degree in Transportation <br /> Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Lorin <br /> joined CHPerez in February 2011 and brings experience in <br /> 10 Traffic Engineering, Traffic Operations, Traffic Safety and <br /> Transportation Planning. Mr. Brissett's extensive <br /> I engineering experience includes the completion of a wide <br /> range of traffic engineering studies such as Signal Warrant <br /> Studies, Traffic Qualitative Assessments, Intersection <br /> Analyses, Arterial Analyses, Corridor Studies, Traffic Impact <br /> Studies for Large Scale Developments, Comprehensive Plan <br /> Traffic Analyses, Parking Demand Studies, Site Plan <br /> Development Reviews, etc. His prior experience also <br /> 111 includes providing expert testimony and making public <br /> presentations before elected officials in matters related to <br /> transportation engineering. He is also proficient in using the <br /> Imicro-simulation programs CORSIM, SYNCHRO/ <br /> SIMTRAFFIC, and travel demand programs such as the <br />
