<br /> improvements plan for the neighborhood of South Creek.
<br /> • Coconut Creek, Florida Neighborhood meetings played a key role in gathering information
<br /> • about concerns and preferences.They focused on issues important
<br /> • Client:City of Coconut Creek to the residents and have been critical in forming the basis
<br /> • Completion:Ongoing, est. 2012 of the study. This will be used in the planning and design of the
<br /> Size: 270 Acres streetscapes. signage, traffic calming and general neighborhood
<br /> • Cost: $1.2 Million landscape improvements.
<br /> •
<br /> • Coconut Creek has commissioned a new design for the
<br /> • main roadway bordering South Creek. B&A will build on the
<br /> • improvements proposed in that plan to enhance the quality of the
<br /> gateways into the neighborhood. B&A's final design solutions will
<br /> • form a framework for the city in implementing projects as funding
<br /> II becomes available.
