Mr. Ortiz's I experience also includes Program Management of fast-track and complex water and wastewater projects, including Consent Decree programs for Miami-Dade County and Puerto Rico. Areas of expertise are in pump station Design & Improvements and design I and construction of water mains and sewer lines. Project Manager, Pumping Station Design and Hardening, South Florida Water Management IDistrict, West Palm Beach, Florida Mr. Ortiz was the project manager for the design of ten (10) pump station hardening projects to bring existing pump stations into compliance with South Florida Building Code requirement with I wind loading. Services provided included assessment, preparation of bass of design report, 30%, 60%, and 100%design drawings.
