Mr. Ortiz also reviewed structural <br /> calculations, mechanical and electrical design performed by others as part of the design. o <br /> I MDWASD Pump Station Improvements, Miami, FL <br /> In response to the first and second consent decree settlement agreement between the USEPA <br /> and Miami-Dade County, the Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department (MDWASD) established <br /> I a program to study, plan, design and construct remedial action plans to eliminate pumping <br /> station overflows. Mr. Ortiz served as Program Manager, primarily responsible for leading a • <br /> team of design consultants and construction managers.
