<br /> sector project,in South Beach,is a very recent example of Mr.Rodriguez'project management
<br />• role and traffic engineering expertise. The 5th and Alton at South Beach project dealt with
<br /> a unique multi-use commercial and public parking facility at the gateway to South Beach.
<br /> 0 The project involved the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study directed not only to the
<br /> O traffic aspects but also garage operations/circulation and the incorporation of public transit
<br /> facilities that will meld with the City's and County's proposed mass transit programs for
<br />• Alton Road. Mr. Rodriguez' work included oversight of traffic analyses, meetings with City
<br />• representatives, and board and Commission hearings.
