The 5th and Alton at South Beach project dealt with <br /> a unique multi-use commercial and public parking facility at the gateway to South Beach. <br /> 0 The project involved the preparation of the Traffic Impact Study directed not only to the <br /> O traffic aspects but also garage operations/circulation and the incorporation of public transit <br /> facilities that will meld with the City's and County's proposed mass transit programs for <br />• Alton Road.
