<br /> • Mr. Kastor has experience with a wide variety of Geographic Information System (GIS) projects. He has
<br /> extensive knowledge of GIS database management, analyses using Esri extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial
<br />• Analyst, Geostatistical Analyst, Network Analyst, Aeronautical Solution, etc.), web design with ArcGIS
<br /> • Server (MS Silverlight and Adobe Flash Builder), data collection (Trimble GPS Units), needs assessments,
<br /> • implementation plans, and data editing/maintenance/conversions. In addition to his GIS exposure, Mr.
<br /> Kastor also has a certificate in Applied Spatial Analysis from Illinois State University and is working on his
