<br /> Keith and Schnars completed a 14-month Citywide Master Plan with the City of Hollywood.The Plan addresses physical
<br /> and socio-economic issues as they pertain to individual neighborhoods, commercial and business districts and the City
<br /> as a whole.The plan was developed in conjunction with significant City staff participation and with the support of ad
<br /> hoc volunteer citizen committees serving at the behest of the City Commission.The Plan is based on market conditions,
<br /> demographic,employment,public service and other relevant data,along with public ideas, municipal projects and program
<br /> and is intended to be in large part implemented through the City's Capital Improvements Program and development
