1 <br /> V3 NY 1st <br /> F <br /> F <br /> l ^ Y <br /> sL+ :. <br /> SF 91' FLOWN S.' <br /> Cfr` <br /> ' O <br /> OF SUN <br /> Addendum No. 1 <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Services - Firms Only <br /> CITY RFQ NO. 12-04-02 <br /> To All Bidders: <br /> Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br /> additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br /> accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br /> over anything shown or described otherwise. <br /> ' Section 3.1 "CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES" shall be amended to include the <br /> following three items: Construction Management, Structural Engineering, and <br /> ' MEP Engineering. <br /> Under Construction Management, the activities may include, but shall not be <br /> ' limited to: <br /> • Construction supervision for adherence to contract documents, plans, and <br /> ' specifications as produced by the City or for the City. <br /> • Provide and maintain a construction schedule using software such as <br /> Primavera, SureTrak, or MS-Project <br /> • Provide periodic reports of findings in writing <br /> • Ensure that the contractor has proper insurances. <br /> • Assist in the management of submittals, shop drawings, and RFI's. <br /> • Provide consultation services for the management of change orders <br /> 1 including pricing. <br /> • Use Project Management tools and software to assist in managing the <br /> overall budget of the project. <br /> • Assist with inspections <br /> 1 <br /> Thursday.
