1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 • Provide inspections and associated reports. <br /> • Use structural MEP engineering software such as Energy Gauge, Trane <br /> 1Trace, or Revit. <br /> Section 4.2.1.6 shall be added to read as follows: <br /> 4.2.1.6 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER <br /> • The selected Individuals shall be individuals licensed as a General <br /> 1 Contractor with the State of Florida. All professional services shall be <br /> performed under the direction of a professional registered with the State of <br /> Florida and qualified in the specific field (i.e. Professional Architect [PA] etc.). <br /> 1 • The selected individuals shall have been in business and have a minimum of <br /> five (5) years experience in providing general contracting/construction <br /> 1 management services in the State of Florida. <br /> • The firm must identify a Team Project Manager who must be licensed in the <br /> 1 State of Florida as a General Contractor and have a minimum of fifteen (15) <br /> years experience in construction management and have served as project <br /> manager on similar projects on a minimum of seven (7) previous occasions <br /> 1 within the State of Florida. <br /> • Team members and sub-consultants must be licensed in the State of Florida <br /> 1 and have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in providing <br /> construction management services. <br /> 1 Section 4.2.1.6 shall be added to read as follows: <br /> 4.2.1.7 STRUCTURAL ENGINEER <br /> 1 • The selected Individuals shall be individuals licensed as a Structural <br /> Professional Engineer with the State of Florida.
