Street improvements were designed for <br /> SW 5th Street. <br /> Little Haiti Cultural Center, Miami, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami <br /> Site/civil engineering for a 1.5 acre site development with a <br /> cultural center and theater. Paving, grading and stormwater <br /> management designs were completed, and water/sewer services <br /> were provided to the site including a water main extension. Street <br /> improvements were designed along with 3 parking lots totaling <br /> 180 spaces. <br /> Miami Beach SoundScape, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br /> The 2.5-acre Lincoln Park will serve as the grand entrance to the <br /> Gehry-designed New World Symphony. Coastal Systems provided <br /> site/civil engineering services as part of the design team led by the <br /> ® architectural firm, WestS. The new urban park is located in the <br /> cultural and civic heart of downtown Miami Beach, and it will <br /> serve as an outdoor performance space for the New World <br /> Symphony as well as a distinctive park for residents and visitors. <br /> • <br /> Pine Tree Park, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT:City of Miami Beach <br /> Shoreline, marine resource and hydrographic surveys along park <br /> waterfront. Feasibility and preliminary design of canal and public <br /> water access structures. <br /> Rickenbacker Causeway Recreation Area, Miami-Dade County, <br /> FLORIDA <br /> CLIENT: Miami Dade County Public Works <br /> Design of shoreline stabilization and associated public recreation <br /> area improvements along 2.5 miles of shoreline of the <br /> Rickenbacker Causeway across Biscayne Bay. Marine resource <br /> and hydrographic surveys completed, and coastal engineering <br /> analysis conducted to assess design wave conditions, sediment <br /> transport and optimum shoreline stabilization methods.
