Design includes dune enhancements, landscaping, <br /> electrical and water service for irrigation. <br /> Setai Development, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: Setai Resort and Residences <br /> Paving, grading, and drainage designs for a new residential <br /> condominium tower with 195 units as well as hotel renovations. <br /> Design included water, fire and sanitary services as well as a drop- <br /> . off lane on Collins Avenue and 20h and 21' Street end <br /> improvements. <br /> South of Fifth, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: Brio Investment Group <br /> Development of four condominium buildings on top of a garage <br /> pedestal with an on-grade pool deck area and dune restoration <br /> project. Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that <br /> included permits from the Florida Department of Environmental <br /> Protection (DEP) and marine turtle lighting review through the <br /> Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
