Paving, grading and stormwater <br /> management designs were completed and water/sewer services <br /> were provided to the site. Street improvements were designed for <br /> South\Vest 5h Street. <br /> Little Haiti Cultural Center, Miami, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami <br /> Site/civil engineering for a 1.5 acre site development with a <br /> cultural center and theater. Paving, grading and stormwater <br /> management designs were completed and water/sewer services <br /> were provided to the site including a water main extension. Street <br /> improvements were designed along with three (3) parking lots <br /> totaling 180 spaces. <br /> North Beach Recreational Corridor(NBRC), Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br /> Site/Civil engineering services include paving and grading for <br /> ® 6,700 linear feet of multi-purpose public access corridor to traverse <br /> along the western edge of the beach dunes between 64h Street and <br /> 79h Street. Design includes dune enhancements, landscaping, <br /> electrical and water service for irrigation. <br /> Setai Development, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: Setai Resort and Residences <br /> Paving, grading, and drainage designs for a new residential <br /> condominium tower with 195 units as well as hotel renovations. <br /> Design included water, fire and sanitary services as well as a drop- <br /> . off lane on Collins Avenue and 20h and 21' Street end <br /> improvements. <br /> South of Fifth, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: Brio Investment Group <br /> Development of four condominium buildings on top of a garage <br /> pedestal with an on-grade pool deck area and dune restoration <br /> project. Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that <br /> included permits from the Florida Department of Environmental <br /> Protection (DEP) and marine turtle lighting review through the <br /> Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
