The new urban park is located <br /> in the cultural and civic heart of downtown Miami Beach, and it <br /> will serve as an outdoor performance space for the New World <br /> Symphony as well as a distinctive park for residents and visitors. <br /> Museum Park, Miami, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami <br /> Civil engineering design and regulatory permitting for the 22-acre <br /> site. Design included a stormwater management system that <br /> combines drainage wells with exfiltration trenches along with <br /> retention areas and water and sewer services for the Park, which <br /> includes Miami-Dade Water and Sewer master agreements for the <br /> redeveloped Park. <br /> North Beach Recreational Corridor(NBRC), Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br /> Site/Civil engineering services include paving and grading for 6,700 <br /> ® LF of multi-purpose public access corridor to traverse along the <br /> western edge of the beach dunes between 64th Street and 79th Street. <br /> Design includes dune enhancements, landscaping, electrical and <br /> water service for irrigation. <br /> South of Fifth, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: BR Villa Luisa, LLC. <br /> Development of four (4) condominium buildings on top of a garage <br /> pedestal with an on-grade pool deck area and dune restoration <br /> project. Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that <br /> included permits from the Florida Department of Environmental <br /> Protection (DEP) and marine turtle lighting review through the <br /> Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Also <br /> provided Florida Building Code, City Code (FBC), and Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood compliance <br /> reviews. <br /> South Pointe Park, Miami Beach, Florida <br /> CLIENT: Hargreaves and Associates <br /> Civil design and coastaUenvironmental permitting of a multi- <br /> purpose recreational park area for structural, hardscape, and <br /> landscape improvements in excess of 16 acres.
