Guillermo 'Bill' Prado EXPERIENCE 2001 to Present ALTA MANAGEMENT, INC. President and Owner • Program Management and Procurement services for the Chateau Maplewood Condominium Project in Montreal, Canada. The Project consists of the remodeling of an existing 'Historical Structure', built in 1925. The 142 Unit, very high-end Project has a total budget of$180 Million and a LEED Silver potential rating. Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2012. • Construction Manager for the Arte City Project in Miami Beach, Florida. Total Project cost of $43 Million. Project consisted of a total of five buildings, a 6 story, 55 unit tower, a 5 story, 57 unit tower and three stand alone two story, "historical" buildings with 28 units, for a total of 140 units. The Project included a one level, 'underground basement' parking garage. • Construction Manager/ Contractor for the 40 story, 207 Unit, The CONTINUUM Phase II Condominium Project in Miami Beach, Florida. Total Project cost volume was $200 Million. Alta was the Construction Manager for the Tower and also acted as the General Contractor for the foundations of the Tower, the adjacent Pavilion Restaurant, Cabanas and the Main Pool. The Project was successfully completed in March of 2008. • Program & Construction Manager for the 48 story, 386 Unit, AKOYA Condominium Project in Miami Beach, Florida. The Project included an adjacent 6 story parking garage. Total cost was $175 Million. The Project began in December of 2002 and was successfully completed by December of 2004. • General Contractor for the Spinnaker Bay Phase III residential Project in Boynton Beach, Florida. The Project consisted of 157 high-end single family homes. • General Contractor for a new high-tech surgical clinic for Premiere Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Weston, Florida. Page 1 of 3
