(Atkins) does not track terminated contracts for cause or default—or for <br /> convenience for that matter. Based on that fact, and the fact that Atkins North America, Inc., is a company with 70 <br /> offices and thousands of active contracts, Atkins cannot certify with 100 percent accuracy that within the last five <br /> years that one of its contracts has not been terminated under these circumstances. <br /> ' Additional information for Item 19.3: <br /> Atkins is a nationwide firm and like all professional firms in this litigious society, has been involved in claims and <br /> suits over the past 52 years. The vast majority of these have been filed by third parties against multiple defendants <br /> with Atkins being one of those named.
