JBA will be notified once the structure has been made accessible. <br /> I . <br /> Obtain finish floor elevations. <br /> ▪ Locate and graphically depict trees over 6" in diameter within the R/W. <br /> IRoadway Cross Sections/Profiles: <br /> Obtain cross section elevations at 25-ft intervals along proposed R/W, elevations will be taken at: <br /> • Centerline of roadway Crown of the road <br /> I Edge of pavements • <br /> Top of shoulder/swale <br /> Bottom of shoulder/swale Bottom of the gutter pan <br /> • Top of Curb • Front of sidewalk <br /> Back of sidewalk • <br /> line <br /> • <br /> 10-feet outside of R/W line Longitudinal grade breaks <br /> • Any other grade breaks • Building face <br /> IStructural Engineering: <br /> • Provide structural plans and specifications for any given project. <br /> I • Provide structural calculations to satisfy the authorities having jurisdiction <br /> • Provide consultation services to the Building Department as needed including inspections <br /> and plan reviews as directed by the building official <br /> I <br /> • Provide inspections and associated reports <br /> • Use structural engineering modeling software as required by project. <br /> I MEP: <br /> • Provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans and specifications for any given project. <br /> These may include plans for fire alarm, fire sprinkler, generator design, low voltage design, <br /> I computer cabling and security. <br /> • Provide MEP calculations to satisfy the authorities having jurisdiction including to hydraulic <br /> calculations, energy and load calculations and electrical calculations. <br /> I .
