The design included a 40-bed dormitory; <br /> 3 kitchens; 2 laundries; nurse's station with 2 exam rooms; 2 congregation areas for <br /> residents; 2 employment training rooms for residents; high level security and monitoring <br /> • station; offices for a 12 person administrative staff; 8,000 SF interior playground <br /> courtyard with covered terraces; new secure driveway entrance; and landscaping. <br /> The service performed by J.
