Each SGM team member is responsible for the <br /> ® quality of the work performed and for meeting the milestone dates created in the project schedule. Work production <br /> is supervised by each of the above project managers for each discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Fire <br /> Protection) and by SGM's in house QA/QC team. SGM Contact Representative, Tony Shahnami, will be <br /> responsible for allocating personnel. Mr. Shahnami will be in charge of closely monitoring the progression of the <br /> • project with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to ensure SGM meets the contractual terms from the City. <br /> • Mr. Shahnami will be the single point of contact for the staff for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Mr. Shahnami will <br /> • assign SGM resources for the design phase as well as establishing and maintain quality control. SGM Quality <br /> ® Assurance Managers will review the design criteria issues.
