Our staff has managed numerous addition and renovation projects through modemization, upgrades, and continuing service contracts. Coordination and communication among the designer, owner, users, and local agencies are imperative to • the success of any phased construction process. ® Mechanical designs included life cycle cost analysis, energy calculations, of existing chiller plant with • added capacity for future new classroom buildings, new chilled water piping and controls to feed existing campus, building AHU's, VAV's, electric heat, EMS controls, outside air intake and ductwork. All ® discipline designs were in accordance with Florida Building code, Florida Mechanical code, Florida fire ® prevention code and standards set by the associated Counties. • Our team will ensure that there will be documented and constant communication with the City of Sunny ® Isles Beach and SGM's engineers.
