All lobbies, <br /> • Client: 2801 SW 31st Ave LLC corridors, bathrooms and exterior public terraces were completely <br /> • Completion: 2010 renovated. <br /> • Cost: $3.5 Million <br /> B&A was the Architect-of-Record for both the existing office <br /> • building upgrades and infrastructure replacements as well as the <br /> • new tenant construction including all interior tenant improvements. <br /> • This office building offers leafy. sun-dappled views of the heavily <br /> • tree-lined Coral Way thoroughfare and spectacular views of <br /> • vibrant downtown Miami. The ground floor lobby provides 24/7 <br /> • concierge services and security. B&A designed a portion of the <br /> parking garage to accommodate for future commercial retail <br /> • spaces along Coral Way in an effort to promote a more active <br /> • urban-infill pedestrian friendly experience. <br /> • <br /> • 26 <br />
