No.12-04-02 <br /> Landscape Architecture <br /> ® Dear Ms. Hines: <br /> On behalf of Savino & Miller Design Studio, I am pleased to submit the response to your Request for <br /> ® Qualifications to provide Continuing Professional Landscape Architectural Services (Firms Only) under the <br /> Request for Qualifications No. 12-04-02. <br /> As your RFQ has defined, we intend to assist the City of Sunny Isles Beach in providing professional <br /> ® Landscape Architectural Services performing the following activities: Providing drawings and specifications <br /> ® for Landscape Projects; Site Master Planning; Urban Design Plans; Open Space Planning; Park Design and <br /> Streetscape/ Median Design; and Design Guidelines for various projects throughout the City of Sunny <br /> OIsles Beach. These services may include: <br /> ® • Urban/Site Planning and design services; <br /> ® • Site Programming and evaluations; <br /> • Feasibility analysis; <br /> ° • Comprehensive Design services, ranging from Schematic design, Design Alternatives to <br /> preparation of design development/construction documents; <br /> ° • Construction Phase services; <br /> ® • Public Meetings and Community Outreach; <br /> • Opinions of construction costs. <br /> ® Services may include also peer review analysis, meetings with city staff and presentations to the City <br /> ® Commission, and any other incidental and supplementary services as needed to complete the work in <br /> ® awarded projects. <br /> OWe understand that as projects are identified we will be asked to submit a specific proposal addressing the <br /> specific scope of work, time schedule, project manager and team members necessary for the specific task. <br /> 0 To provide these services, we have put together the most highly qualified professional team, that is both <br /> creative and passionate about their work and which bring a unique understanding of the quality involved in <br /> ® such projects. <br /> ® Savino & Miller Design Studio is a minority-owned design firm that specializes in a multidisciplinary <br /> approach to landscape architecture in terms of urban design, and architecture.
