Ms. Hammer is a recognized Horticulturist in South • Florida with over 28 years of experience. Her particular experience includes arboriculture, landscape maintenance, ® integrated pest management, and plant nutrition. She has been working with Curtis ± Rogers's for over 20 years. • Curtis ± Rogers' management approach includes the direct involvement of Principals of the firm throughout all • aspects of the project, from goal formulation to final project turnout. Our approach is lead by 4 registered Landscape Architects, all with their own levels of expertise, all having worked together for over 17 years in projects • of this nature. ® The Project Manager for this project will be Jean C. Lee, RLA LEED AP. Jean, in addition to being one of the • Principals/Owners of the company, is a registered landscape architect with close to 20 years of experience in a • variety of landscape architectural projects. Jean will be directly involved as the primary point of contact, and • communicator with the City of Sunny Isles. In addition to the Managing Principal, our team has designated a Project ® Coordinator. In this case, Office Manager Ben Green, RLA, LEED AP will be providing that role. Ben's role in the project will be the in-house production and consultant coordinator. He will ensure that budgets and schedules are • adhered to and that regular internal team coordination meetings are held to review issues and solutions. Working • closely with the Managing Principal and Project Coordinator, will be our team's Senior Designer Gerry Marston, • FASLA, and our Production Manager, Espe Kelly, RLA, LEED AP. Serving as a Quality Control Landscape Architect, Aida M.
