The project is comprised of a two-story 3,337 sq.ft. Dockmaster building <br /> and facilty improvements. The ground floor houses space for public meetings and social gatherings, <br /> O vending machines, bathrooms, and laundry and shower facilities. The second floor features the <br />® • marina offices that overlook the entire marina, a guest lounge, a hospitality area, restrooms and a <br /> wrap-around balcony. Facility improvements include connecting walkways, site lighting, additional <br /> O ADA parking spaces, landscaping, and irrigation. The building's design is streamline Modem Art <br /> Deco with nautical elements, such as porthole-like openings, teak railing, and a U-shaped tower <br /> front with wrap-around windows, which can be lit at night. <br /> BEA Architects, Inc. was instrumental in the success of this project. They were responsive to the <br /> PROS's needs and were always willing to help in resolving any issues and expediting the <br /> completion of the project.
