Hines, MMC <br /> Commissioner Dana Goldman Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br /> Commissioner Jennifer Levin <br /> 2. OPENING REMARKS <br /> Action: Mayor Scholl gave opening remarks <br /> 3. RESOLUTIONS <br /> 3A. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Ratifying <br /> the"Notice of Limitation of Use"Dedicating the Property Located at 16050,16100 and <br /> 16200 Collins Avenue also Known as the Intracoastal Park, in Perpetuity as an <br /> Outdoor Recreation Site for the Use and Benefit of the Public, Attached Hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this <br /> Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Manager Russo reported. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. Resolution No. 2016-2506 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> 4A. Discussion regarding the Traffic and Parking for the Government Center Expansion and <br /> the School. <br /> Action: City Manager Russo said the main reason for this work session was to give the <br /> Commission some more insight for what is not a finished process which is the traffic flow as <br /> it relates to the expansion of the Government Center and the new school. Planning and <br /> Zoning Administrator Claudia Hasbun said this is the Traffic Impact and Share Parking <br />
