Contact information to expedite communications between the City and Vendor (tel ephone, <br />email address, and fax). Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <br /> <br />b. Listing of the vehicle communication system in place (e.g., mobile phones or two-way radio <br />equipment), that allows regular communication with all vehicles providing transportation <br />services. <br /> <br />c. Listing of the Vendor’s fleet (include Vehicle #, Make, Model, Year, Capacity, Own/Lease). <br /> <br />d. Provide an hourly rate for motor coach transportation services. For estimating purposes , see <br />Attachment A for the City’s actual use of motor coach services from the past year (number of <br />trips, motor coaches, hours, and destination descriptions). The City is exempt from all taxes <br />(Federal, State, and Local). Bid price should not include taxes. Tax Exemption Certificate <br />may be furnished upon request. <br /> <br />2.6 MULTIPLE AWARDS <br /> <br />The City may award up to two vendors, a primary and secondary. The City will endeavor to <br />utilize vendors in order of award. The City may also utilize other vendors in the event that <br />neither the primary nor secondary (if any) Vendor is able to be in compliance with any contract <br />or delivery requirement. <br /> <br />2.7 BID BOND & PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.8 DELIVERY <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.9 INSURANCE <br /> <br />2.9.1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of Two Million Dollars <br />($2,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than <br />the latest edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive <br />endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Offic e, and shall specifically include the <br />following with minimum limits not less than those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability: <br /> Premises and Operation; <br /> Independent Contractors; <br /> Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br /> Broad Form Property Damage;
