You will then <br /> receive a confirmation within 30 minutes. If you do not, please call the main number. <br /> Emergency Protocol is as follows: <br /> a) Chauffeur contacts Dispatch <br /> b) Dispatch advises chauffeur to find safest place to pull over, or to tilt bus away from traffic so <br /> passenger door is away from traffic flow. <br /> c) Dispatch advises fleet manager and Administration. <br /> d) Fleet manager calls chauffeur to diagnose severity of breakdown and advise if it is possible to move <br /> vehicle off highway/ street to nearest exit, rest area or safe place <br /> e) Simultaneously, Dispatch looks for nearest bus using GPS and other methods, and dispatches a <br /> replacement bus if necessary. <br /> f) Administration calls the City's POC to inform of the situation. <br /> g) Priority is to unload passengers safely, if possible we will dispatch a supervisor to the scene, to aide <br /> in doing so. <br /> h) Chauffeur will continue with group in a replacement vehicle. <br /> i) Once fleet manager decides if vehicle is Out of Service, we will tow or repair on site. <br /> Documentation to follow, to City's POC. <br /> All Vehicles have Sagequest GPS by Fleetmatics.
