Inclusive of a list of the professional members <br />of the Firm and provide a brief resume that includes education, experience, licenses and <br />any other pertinent information to demonstrate their qualifications. <br /> <br />6. Standard Schedule of Fees <br />Provide a copy of the Firm’s current standard schedule of fees. <br /> <br />7. Minority/Women (M/WBE) Participation <br />If your firm is a certified minority business enterprise as defined by the Florida Small <br />and Minority Business Assistance Act, include your certification. <br /> <br />If your firm is not a certified M/WBE, describe your company’s previous efforts, as well <br />as planned efforts in meeting M/WBE procurement goals under Florida Statute Section <br />287.09451 <br /> <br />8. Joint Ventures <br />Any firms involved in a joint venture in its submission will be evaluated individually, as <br />each firm of the joint venture would have to stand on its own merits. <br /> <br />9. Subconsultants <br />Firm must clearly reflect in its Proposal any subconsultants proposed to be utilized along <br />with a summary of their background and qualifications. The City retains the right to accept <br />or reject any proposed subconsultant. <br /> <br />10.
