PROJECT (Briefly describe your project) <br /> <br />La Playa Beach Associates, LLC is proposing on 18801 Collins Ave, a Two Tower, <br />mixed used program consisting of Multifamily Dwelling, Apartment-Hotel, Hotel, and <br />Amenities within a Zoning Classification of MU-R in the city of Sunny isles. Tower 1 <br />consists of 294 Multifamily Dwelling units, 90 apartment-hotel units, and 60 hotel <br />units.
