CLASS I CONCRETE TO HAVE A MINIMUM COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF <br />4,000 PSI. NO CLORIDES ARE PERMITTED IN CONCRETE. <br />2. STEEL TO BE NEW BARS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM A-615, GRADE 60. <br />3. NO INFLUENT PIPES SHALL BE CONNECTED TO WELL CHAMBER. <br />4. PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS OF SEDIMENT TANK FOR APPROVAL BEFORE <br />FABRICATION. THIS SHALL INCLUDE MANHOLE FRAME AND COVER. <br />5. PRECAST OPTION IS ACCEPTABLE. CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT SHOP <br />DRAWINGS SIGNED AND SEALED BY A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO <br />PROJECT MANAGER FOR APPROVAL BY ENGINEER. <br />6. SEDIMENT TANK SHALL BE DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND H-20 LOADING. <br />7. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE WELL DRILLER <br />INSURING THAT THE DISPOSAL WELL ATTAINED A MINIMUM DISCHARGE <br />CAPAC I TY OF 2, 000 GPM AT 4. 00 FEET OF HEAD ( M I N I MUM) . I F THESE <br />WELL DISCHARGE CAPACITIES ARE NOT OTBAINED, THE ENGINEER MUST <br />BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. <br />8. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN SEDIMENT TANK CLEAN OF ANY DEBRIS <br />FOR THE LENGHT OF THE PROJECT. ENGINEER SHALL BE NOTIFIED FOR <br />FINAL INSPECTION OF THE SEDIMENT TANK AND DRAINAGE WELL <br />PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. <br />9.
