CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE WELL DRILLER <br />INSURING THAT THE DISPOSAL WELL ATTAINED A MINIMUM DISCHARGE <br />CAPAC I TY OF 2, 000 GPM AT 4. 00 FEET OF HEAD [ M I N I MUM) . I F THESE <br />WELL DISCHARGE CAPACITIES ARE NOT OTBAINED, THE ENGINEER MUST <br />BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. <br />B.
