The volume of water sold to customers is measured by water meters <br /> that are installed at each customer's address. The System is an enterprise fund of the <br /> City of North Miami Beach, separate from all other funds of the City of North Miami Beach. <br /> The rates that are charged to customers are reviewed annually and adjusted as needed <br /> in order to provide sufficient revenues to offset the administrative, operation and <br /> maintenance, debt service and other expenses set forth in the Department's annual <br /> budget. <br /> 18 <br />
