The fees per parking transaction are billed monthly. Invoices will be paid <br /> within 30 days after the invoice is submitted to the City's Finance Department for review. <br /> The use of GPRS phones or terminals for parking enforcement, as well as mobile data links are <br /> not part of this agreement. <br /> Cost for signage will be borne by Contractor. Contractor will give the City access to existing sign <br /> designs and assist Contractor in the design of additional signage. <br /> Cost of marketing will be borne exclusively by Contractor.
