With automatic schedule generation, ASM allows for dynamic and powerful workforce schedule <br /> management methods that ultimately increase efficiency and productivity. <br /> Key ASM features: <br /> • Expands the existing eight group level limit to a total of twenty levels <br /> • Includes a daily roster that displays the scheduled positions and corresponding assigned employees <br /> • Highlights schedule openings, conflicts, and surpluses <br /> • Automates schedule generation according to resource requirements, which can be based on location, tasks, certifications, <br /> and other qualifications <br /> • Management personnel can configure standard availability for each employee, and/or employees can maintain their <br /> standard availability or indicate availability on a weekly basis. <br /> • Limits standard scheduling based on employee qualifications/certifications <br /> • Identifies and contacts employees who are qualified to open schedules <br /> • Identifies employees with expired certifications <br /> Using ASM, employees can be manually or automatically removed from schedules and placed on leave.
