Provide qualifications and experience of employees to be assigned to the <br /> implementation team. <br /> IntelliTime Response: We have attached a summary overview of the qualifications of <br /> the IntelliTime Project Team along with resumes for all project team members in this <br /> response section. <br /> c. Describe the Vendor's experience in providing Time and Attendance solutions to <br /> Florida local governments. <br /> IntelliTime Response: While the City would be our first Florida client, we have City <br /> government clients across North America. As Public Sector time and attendance <br /> ® specialist, 100% of our clients are State, County, City and public organizations, so we <br /> bring time and attendance best practices from across North America to your City. <br /> d. Indicate the Vendor's experience integrating their Time and Attendance system with <br /> MCSJ/Edmunds financial system software. <br /> IntelliTime Response: The IntelliTime solution has a standard built-in bi-directional <br /> interface for administrators to easily run imports and exports between in IntelliTime and <br /> Edmunds MCSJ. Interfaces are highly configurable, including support for multiple <br /> imports/exports (perhaps by departments), user-defined import/export time periods, <br /> user-defined file formats, these are just a few examples. <br /> While this will be our first Edmunds MCSJ interface, we have interfaced with over 65 <br /> different HR/Payroll/ERP systems including custom homegrown systems, and have <br /> never failed to implement a client interface on time and on budget. We will provide the <br /> City with a fully configured sandbox site at the beginning of the project. We would agree <br /> to create the Edmunds MCSJ interface as our first project deliverable.
