Prior to that she <br />receive her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Rafael Urdaneta and she <br />worked as a professional architect in Venezuela. Her project experience includes developing <br />design concepts, technical drawings and details, technical specifications and illustrative <br />presentations. Cost estimating, submittals, concept design, client meetings, bidding, paving <br />design, planting design, site specifications, code compliance, construction documents, <br />site visits, custom detailing, design documents, hand rendering, digital rendering, planting <br />installation, site analysis, and hardscape design. She has working knowledge of South <br />Florida plant material and the use of ‘Florida Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants. <br />Ben Johnson – Landscape Architecture Analyst <br />Ben has more than one year of experience. His project experience includes cost estimating, <br />submittals, concept design, client meetings, style imaging, paving design, planting design, <br />site specifications, code compliance, construction documents, site visits, custom detailing, <br />design documents, digital rendering, planting installation, site analysis, and hardscape <br />design. <br />Victoria Mancini – Landscape Architecture Analyst <br />Victoria has more than two years of experience as a landscape architectural analyst. She is <br />experienced with cost estimating, submittals, concept design, client meetings, style imaging, <br />bidding, paving design, planting design, site specifications, code compliance, construction <br />documents, site visits, custom detailing, design documents, hand rendering, digital <br />rendering, planting installation, site analysis, and hardscape design. <br />Brady Walker – Environmental Scientist <br />Brady has 12 years of experience conducting endangered species surveys, delineating <br />wetlands, designing wetland mitigation and restoration areas, and permitting projects <br />throughout Florida and California. He has excavated more than 250 gopher tortoise burrows <br />and successfully relocated over 125 gopher tortoises with the assistance of a backhoe. He <br />has also permitted and conducted subsequent monitoring events to ensure the success of <br />several mitigation areas (both creation and habitat enhancement) associated with commercial <br />land development. In addition, he has worked on environmental assessments for several <br />large PD&E studies in Florida and achieved environmental clearance under CEQA for large <br />transportation projects in San Diego and the Bay Area of California. <br />Manny Vera, Jr., PSM – Survey <br />Manny a registered Land Surveyor has over 31 years of experience with M.G. Vera & <br />Associates, Inc., and throughout the state of Florida. He has managed a variety of survey <br />contracts and projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami – Dade County, <br />Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, City of Miami, and numerous Engineering and Design <br />firms. Mr. Vera has performed and managed all types of surveying services including: Design <br />Surveys, Right-of-Way Control Surveys, Right-of-Way Mapping, Platting, Construction <br />Layout, As-built Surveys, Drainage Surveys, etc. Mr. Vera is a Senior Surveyor and Mapper <br />as well as our Senior Project Manager. He has extensive experience in the management <br />and coordination of survey projects involving a variety of surveying techniques such as Aerial <br />Surveys, Conventional Ground Surveying, Utilities designation, etc.
