<br />Heritage Park and Parking Garage, Sunny Isles Beach, FL — Served as project manager
<br />and senior landscape architect responsible for the landscape, hardscape, site furniture, site
<br />lighting, and site planning design from concept through construction administration of a
<br />four-acre urban park and six-level, 500-space parking garage within an urban coastal site.
<br />Key elements included an interactive water feature, performance stage, multi-use event lawn,
<br />amphitheater seating, memorial wall and plaza, playgrounds, and exercise paths.
<br />Pelican Community Park and Community Center, Sunny Isles Beach, FL — Served as
<br />project manager/ landscape architect responsible for the design and coordination of a 2.5
<br />acre active park project that provided a two-story recreation building, gymnasium, little league
<br />baseball field, and playground, and related site amenities. Prepared conceptual plans through
<br />construction documents and coordinated with in-house disciplines as well as sub-consultants.
<br />Collins Avenue Beautification, City of Sunny Isles Beach, FL — Served as project
<br />manager for a City of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park project adjacent to Collins Avenue
<br />(SR A1A). The beautification improvements to Collins Avenue included paver sidewalks,
<br />street trees, and street furniture that met the aesthetic standards of the City, and required
<br />coordination with FDOT staff during the design and permitting stages of the project.

<br />Currently serving as project manager for the Kimley-Horn team that is providing the City
<br />of Miami with landscape architecture services at various project sites throughout the City.
<br />Services include the design of landscape architectural components including hardscape,
<br />landscape, site furniture, site lighting and irrigation for different project types including parks,
<br />streetscapes, and other related urban public realm areas from concept through construction.

<br />Currently serving as project manager for the Kimley-Horn team that is providing the Village

<br />Regatta Park, Miami, FL — Project Manager for the Kimley-Horn team that provided
<br />landscape architecture services for Regatta Park in the City of Miami, a new 15 acre
<br />waterfront passive park that will transform the underutilized waterfront into a more cohesive
<br />and vibrant public space that will help connect the general public to the waterfront. The main
<br />features of the park include the Expo Lawn, Regatta Lawn, Tropical Gardens, Promenade,
<br />Multi-use Path Connector, Tree Alee and Children’s Play Area. Kimley Horn was tasked with
<br />the landscape architectural and civil engineering design of the park from concept through
<br />construction administration.
