<br />Miami Worldcenter, Miami, FL — Serving as landscape analyst. Kimley-Horn partnered with
<br />a private developer, the City of Miami, the Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA),
<br />and other stakeholders in preparing typical sections for streetscapes for the City’s largest
<br />proposed downtown project. Kimley-Horn also partnered with numerous utility companies to
<br />determine existing underground conditions. Once this information was obtained, we worked
<br />with multiple stakeholders to develop and evaluate various streetscape options for roads and
<br />avenues within the multi-block project limits.
<br />Design Place, Miami FL — Served as a Landscape analyst for this project to provide a site
<br />design and design vision package. Design Place is centrally located within minutes of South
<br />Beach, Brickell and Coconut Grove. Avoid Miami’s commute hassles by being just blocks away
<br />of the Julia Tuttle Causeway and I-95. The new improvements will include residence, retail and
<br />hospitality areas. Connection to a metro platform and complex planning design.
<br />MSMC Hialeah, Hialeah, FL — Served as a Landscape analyst for this project to provide
<br />landscape plans and details for the outdoor space on one of the buildings of the Mt. Sinai
<br />Hospital.
<br />Flamingo Garage Lanai, South Beach. FL — Served as a Landscape analyst for the
<br />conceptual design and technical drawings on the renovation of the pool deck and outdoor
<br />spaces of the Flamingo Garage Lanai in South Beach.
<br />Ransom Everglades School, Coconut Grove, FL — Landscape analyst for the redesign of
<br />the drop off / bus entry area. Developed concept drawings and technical drawings.
<br />One Thousand Museum, Miami, FL — Served as a Landscape designer responsible for
<br />developing technical drawings, landscape, hardscape, details and coordination through
<br />construction administration phase.
<br />Park Grove, Coconut Grove, FL — Served as a Landscape designer providing site
<br />development drawings, landscape, hardscape, site lighting, furniture selections, for a luxury
<br />condominium development that provided amenity decks, outdoor amphitheaters, and arrival
<br />level.
<br />L’atelier, Miami Beach, FL — Landscape designer for the amenity deck and outdoor
<br />areas for the luxury apartments located in Miami Beach. Prepared conceptual and technical
<br />drawings as well as site lighting, furniture selections and city coordination.
<br />ShoreClub, Miami Beach, FL — Landscape designer for all outdoor spaces and event
<br />cabana area. Prepared conceptual and technical drawings for the renovation of the ShoreClub
<br />Hotel.
<br />Auberge Ft. Lauderdale, FL — Landscape designer for Hotel, residences and amenities
<br />for the Auberge Ft Lauderdale Hotel and Spa. Prepared conceptual and technical drawings.
