BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />The Kimley-Horn team provided landscape architecture services for <br />Regatta Park in the City of Miami, a new 15-acre waterfront passive <br />park that will transform the underutilized waterfront into a more <br />cohesive and vibrant public space that will help connect the general <br />public to the waterfront. The main features of the park include the Expo <br />Lawn, Regatta Lawn, Tropical Gardens, Promenade, Multi-use Path <br />Connector, Tree Alee, and Children’s Play Area. Kimley-Horn was <br />tasked with the landscape architectural and civil engineering design of <br />the park from concept through construction administration. This project <br />is being performed under our City of Miami Miscellaneous Landscape <br />Architecture Services contract. <br /> <br />25.
