Standard Schedule of Fees The Kimley-Horn team proposes to undertake the general tasks outlined in Section 3.1 Scope of Services from the RFQ. The fees provided will be refined based on the final, agreed upon scope of services; however, will be consistent with the information below. We look forward to the opportunity to discuss the specific needs associated with this contract and will work with the City to modify our cost estimate to specifically meet your needs and expectations. Our best cost and schedule control resource—our staff—has several tools for helping them control cost and schedule. The team selected for this project has the experience to develop appropriate targets, tailor a suitable course of action, and provide timely decision-making for any unexpected challenges that may arise. Working with the City, and under the assumed start date and preliminary schedule, it is anticipated that services would be performed during fiscal years 2016 and 2017.
