Our scope of work involves providing Facility <br />Inventories and Level of Service Assessment. CMA is using cutting edge <br />Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology in the form of ESRI <br />Collector Software to completely catalog the Client’s existing Parks <br />and Recreation Assets. Collector Software is operated from our GPS <br />enabled phones and tablets and allows us to collect coordinate correct <br />information on all of the parks assets. Our process involves creating a <br />database of the City’s Parks Assets and performing a preliminary analysis <br />via aerial photography. Once the preliminary analysis is completed, CMA <br />staff visit each parks facility and ground truth their fi ndings. At the end <br />of the process, the city receives the database and can be trained by CMA <br />to maintain the database on an ongoing basis facilitating future updates <br />to the master plan.
