Lincoln Road Mall <br />is America’s first pedestrian mall designed in the 1960’s by Morris Lapidus. Today, Lincoln Road Mall receives an average of <br />10,000 visitors per day and is a major tourist destination geared towards pedestrians. CMA provided local planning expertise and <br />civil engineering to support the efforts of JCFO’s development of the Master Plan. Additionally, CMA provided support through the <br />entire public process including Public Workshops, Workshops with Building Owners and Tenants, and Workshops with City Staff a nd <br />Commissioners.
