Founded in 1986, Chen Moore and <br />Associates specializes in civil and environmental engineering, landscape architecture, planning, GIS <br />analysis and mapping, and construction engineering inspection. We are a Florida state and locally <br />certified small business enterprise firm. Dr. Chen founded CMA believing that relationships are critical to <br />planning, designing and constructing successful projects.
