Founded in 1986, Chen Moore and <br />Associates specializes in civil and environmental engineering, landscape architecture, planning, GIS <br />analysis and mapping, and construction engineering inspection. We are a Florida state and locally <br />certified small business enterprise firm. Dr. Chen founded CMA believing that relationships are critical to <br />planning, designing and constructing successful projects. The firm commits to providing responsive <br />qualiÇ services while meeting the schedules and specific prqect needs of our clients. <br />CMA actively supports various community organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, <br />the Cooperative Feeding Program, and Ocean Watch, a non-profit group focused on cleaning and <br />preserving South Florida's Beaches.
