Under these contracts, FRA has provided final plans review services on roadway, signalization, <br />lighting, and traffic signal control plans. Typical reviews consisted of design criteria for quality and <br />biddability. Throughout this contract, FRA was entrusted to review final plans that were prepared by <br />other consultants. FRA reviewed final plans for projects developed in both English and Metric Units of <br />Measure.
