Amphitheater facility <br />is 2,500 square feet and seats 300 people on the retaining wall seating system with <br />additional lawn seating. <br />Cost: $700,000. Completed: 2011 <br />x <br />Miramar Amphitheater <br />City of Miramar, Florida 2013 <br />A new Miramar Cultural Amphitheater Complex with a 1500 non-permannt seat amphitheater <br />and lawn seating areas for a capacity of 2,500. Site also consists of a <br />concession/restroom building and a ticket booth. <br />Cost: $ 4 million <br />x <br />Miami Gardens Community Center <br />City of Miami Gardens 2008 2010 <br />Owner retained CPZ Architects to replace the original Architect at start of project <br />construction fo this 60,000 SF complex. Project was successfully put back on track, <br />meeting the City's goal for completion. <br />Cost: $ 12 million Completed: 2010 <br />x <br />Pompano Beach Lift Station #21 Pompano Beach, FL <br />2009 2015 <br />CPZ Architects worked with Chen Moore and Associates to design a new Master Pump Station <br />serving the majority of the City’s Barrier Island. The building aesthetics was to <br />conform to the new Pompano Beach Beautification Redevelopment Plan. <br />Cost $3.3 million Completed: 2015 <br />x
