As can <br /> be seen, the median household income is close to the median household income at the <br /> County, State and national levels. The unemployment rate in Sunny Isles Beach (4.7%) <br /> was also lower than the unemployment rates of the County, State and nation in 2010, <br /> while the poverty rate (15.1%) mirrored the national poverty level.
