The City shall consider urban design, water and energy conservation <br /> climate change and its potential impacts, and wildlife habitat when designing sites and <br /> selecting landscape material for all public projects. <br /> 2. Delete Policy 1 F. as follows: <br /> Policy 1F. The City shall review the available capital improvements plans of other <br /> Comprehensive Plan. Projects deemed necessary to maintain the Level of Service <br /> standard as a result of this review shall be referenced in the City's Capital Improvement <br /> 3.
