Add a new Policy 1 F. as follows: <br /> The City in its capital improvements planning shall consider the potential impacts of <br /> climate change on infrastructure, and shall incorporate measures to ensure that new <br /> infrastructure is resilient to these effects, and to retrofit existing infrastructure to be more <br /> resilient. <br /> 6. Add a new Policy 1 F. as follows: <br /> The City in its capital improvements planning shall seek to meet its Bicycle and Pedestrian <br /> Level of Service standards, and its Complete Street Objective and policies (Obiective 17 <br /> of the Transportation Element). <br /> 7. Add a new Policy 1G. as follows: <br /> The City in its capital improvements planning shall seek to meet its radius standard for <br /> parks (Policy 3J of the Recreation and Open Space Element). <br /> 8. Amend Policy 2A. as follows: <br /> Policy 2A. The City shall adopt maintain a Level of Service Standard for public schools; <br /> and in accordance with the Educational Facilities Element. <br /> 9. Delete Policy 5F. as follows: <br /> - <br /> mitigation options in its concurrency management program, consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The intent of these options is to provide <br /> are not limited to, private funds, public funds, contributions of land, and the construction <br /> or contribution of facilities. Transportation facilities or segments identified for <br /> improvement through the use of proportionate fair share mitigation options must be <br /> included in the CIE, or in the next regularly scheduled update of the CIE- <br /> 10. Amend Policy 5A. as follows: <br /> The City, through its Land Development Regulations and Comprehensive Plan, shall <br /> implement a concurrency management system that addresses all Florida statutory <br /> requirements. The Concurrency management system shall include methods and <br /> capabilities to monitor outstanding development commitments and service demands <br /> posed by such commitments, plus the existing, programmed and projected capabilities of <br /> all pertinent urban service facilities or systems including potable water, sanitary sewer, <br /> stormwater drainage, recreation and open space, and public schools. <br /> A-31 <br />
