SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Calvin, Giordano &Associates, Inc. will perform the following services based on our <br /> understanding of the project requirements: <br /> I. Professional Engineering Services <br /> A. Electrical Engineering <br /> 1. Develop lighting layout and perform photometric calculations for <br /> North Bay Road Bridge. <br /> 2. Coordinate with FPL to establish electric service. <br /> 3. Provide electrical engineering design services for electric service, <br /> service,power distribution, branch circuits and controls for street <br /> lighting between NE 172nd Street and NE 174th Street including the <br /> North Bay Road bridge. <br /> 4. Provide electrical engineering services during construction including <br /> responses to RFIs, review of shop drawings,periodic inspection, and <br /> final inspection. <br /> B. Civil Engineering <br /> 1. Prepare surface water drainage plans for pedestrian bridge sufficient <br /> for permitting and construction <br /> 2. Prepare surface water drainage calculations for pedestrian bridge <br /> sufficient for permitting through Miami-Dade DERM <br /> 3. Coordinate geotechnical sub-consultant percolation tests <br /> 4. Prepare and process SWM permit applications through Miami-Dade <br /> DERM (This only includes the drainage/surface water management <br /> related issues and not the environmental issues). <br /> g <br />
