RFQ No. 16‐06‐01 <br /> 44 <br />10C062016D – 631216982 <br /> <br />Angela Belden <br />Manager – GIS/CAD Services <br />Professional Qualifications <br />Angela Belden has over 21 years of experience working with various <br />GIS, CAD and engineering programs. She directs all GIS operations for <br />CB&I’s coastal restoration offices, and is responsible for the <br />management of personnel, software, and resources that provide GIS <br />and Computer Aided Engineering/Drafting (CAE/CAD) service and <br />product support to all of our regional offices and clients. She advises <br />the groups Remote Sensing and Spectral Analysis Applications, <br />including geoprocessing, archival in spatial databases and the creation <br />of maps and visualizations. <br />Ms. Belden possesses a broad range of experience with geospatial <br />technologies ranging from database design, integration, data <br />validation and integrity, specializing in complex GIS file translations <br />between widespread digital formats. She also directs all CAD <br />documentation development and software applications. She has <br />successful project and resource management experience and has <br />provided both geospatial and information management technical <br />support on numerous projects. <br />Ms. Belden has served as a Project Manager for GIS‐oriented projects <br />where responsibilities included proposal preparation, scope of work <br />development, level‐of‐effort and pricing determination, and <br />scheduling and budget oversight. She has authored and presented <br />papers at multiple GIS conferences. <br />Ms. Belden is experienced in a variety of information technologies, <br />from ESRI’s suite of GIS products to graphic design packages such as <br />Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Her project management <br />experience began in 2000 with environmental resource mapping in <br />Broward County, and has extended to more than 17 GIS benthic <br />habitat mapping projects from Texas to North Carolina. Ms. Belden <br />specializes in customized GIS products that clients require for public <br />distribution. <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />GIS/Information Manager, Interactive GIS Database, Town of Palm <br />Beach, Florida <br />Ms. Belden directed creation and implementation of an Interactive <br />GIS database as a functional tool to explore the data pertaining to <br />renourishment projects. Ms. Belden served as the data and <br />information manager on this project.
